Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully — it explains exactly what you can return, exchange, or get refunded for, and how to do it.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for the following:

  • Products that arrive defective or damaged
  • Products that are incorrect (wrong item sent)
  • Products in their original, unopened packaging (non-defective returns)

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags/seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened lash extension trays or adhesive products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within the 7-day return window. If you would like a different product or variant, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to stock availability.

Note: Exchange shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility. We cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent items.

5. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

  1. Email us at info@lashkit.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue (for defective or damaged items).
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to our address (provided upon approval). Do not ship items without prior approval.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Return Method

We accept returns via the following methods:

7. Return Shipping & Label

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost.

8. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee on approved returns.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Currency: PKR (Pakistani Rupee) — amounts will be automatically converted to your local currency if applicable
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@lashkit.com or call +92 329 9799990. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

11. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
