1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Lash Kit ("we," "us," or "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Services, violate any applicable laws.

3. Your Account

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, including their colors and details, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate, and actual products may vary slightly from the images shown. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

• ✓  All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise stated, and may be automatically converted to your local currency at checkout.
• ✓  We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
• ✓  Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
• ✓  In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

6. Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We ship orders in accordance with our shipping timelines and delivery partners. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy. 8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Services or its content:

• ✗  To collect or track the personal information of others, or to spam, phish, or scrape the Services.
• ✗  To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the "The Lash Kit" name and branding — is the property of The Lash Kit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our trademarks or branding.

10. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and represent that it does not violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Lash Kit, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Lash Kit and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
